3. Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with others' learning
4. Avoid using offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language
5. Respect the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of all participants
6. Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information

Contentge Restrictions

Regarding course materials and content:

1. Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes
2. Do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without written permission
3. Do not create derivative works based on our materials
4. Do not share access credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access course content
5. Do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
6. Do not use our content for commercial training or educational services

Age Restrictions and Requirements

Enrollment requirements include:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll independently
2. Minors between 16-18 may enroll with documented parental or guardian consent
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
4. You must meet any technical prerequisites specified for specific courses
5. You must have appropriate authorization if enrolling on behalf of an organization

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our systems
2. Circumventing security measures or access controls
3. Using automated tools or scripts to access or scrape our content
4. Impersonating instructors, staff, or other users
5. Transmitting spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional materials

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions, and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

Waiver

No waiver of any term, condition, or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices or agreements published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and NetCore regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Survival

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions.

Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
